SCHOOL PORTAL FOR STUDENTS, PARENTS & TEACHERS

iKonomikal is glad to announce that in a few days time the iKonomikal School Portal will be available online. The users will be the students, parents, teachers and staffs. The international schools who will be the first to use it are as follows:

1. Al Andalus International School with 600 students http://www.aaiskhobar.com/

 2. International Philippine School in Al Khobar with 1,800+ students
http://ipsa.edu.sa/ 

 The students in particular will experience the latest technology using their smartphone, tablet or laptop. Greater learning improvement is achieved and as well as pride and confidence are enhanced.

The school portal link will be placed in the school website where new or old students, parents and teachers can login to iKonomikal School Portal.

 Some of the objectives of iKonomikal School Portal are as follows:

 1. New students can fill up online in the Admission form and pay the corresponding fee if there is any and be updated of the admission status.

 2. Returning or old students can apply for reservation for the next school year as well as pay online the corresponding fee.

 3. New or old students can fill up the enrollment form once they become eligible and pay the required fees online.

 4. Parents/guardians can also do the above 3 activities on behalf of their young child or children.

 5. Students are updated with their school education performance and as well as their statement of accounts.

 6. Teachers can write their lesson plans, register students attendance and education performances.


 The iKonomikal Community School Portal is integrated with the BackOffice iKonomikal Cloud ERP Portal. The former has only limited programs designed for the needs of the students, parents and teachers. While the latter acts as the support to the former and is having the comprehensive School Information System (SIS). While SIS is integrated with all the group of programs such as the Financials, Treasury, HR Payroll, Inventory and Warehouse, Procurement, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Project Management, Email Blast, Business Intelligence, Logistics, Supply Chain, BPO/Contracting and many more in the BackOffice of iKonomikal Cloud ERP. Likewise other portals are also integrated where necessary such as iKonomikal mobile Point of Sale (mPOS).

 The advantages in using Ikonomikal are:

 8. Observation, evaluation or inspection activities of the teaching progress can be easily done based on real time information.
