SYSTEM USERS OF IKONOMIKAL


The SYSTEM USERS of IKONOMIKAL in the  COMPANY SETUP of SYSTEM SERVICES MODULES is the program master file of the persons who are going to use the programs of IKONOMIKAL. Each user will be given the access or rights which program and up to what extent is the usage. The person to give the access or rights is the designated person by the company.


How to go to SYSTEM USERS of IKONOMIKAL?

1. Click Programs to go to Core Modules
2. Click System Services Modules
3. Click Company Setup and Select System Users

Fill or write appropriate information:
User Code - could be automatic number or a code of the user
User Name - Name and Surname

Click the box, then click the icon Find, and then Select appropriate information for the User

User Group

Def (Default) Branch - do same as above
Def (Default) Department - do same as above

2. Optional Settings of System Users

• My Employee #
• (SC) My Salesman #
• (SC) My Purchaser #

Select appropriate choice (Yes or No)

• (HR) Show Only Documents Related to Me

3. Picture and Signature of System Users

Report Initials - Fill by writing the user initial to appear in the user's report if included
My Picture - Click, Find and Select appropriate image
My Signature - Click, Find and Select appropriate image
