AUTOMATICALLY SEND SCHEDULED BI REPORTS BY EMAIL FROM IKONOMIKAL

A user who needs only reports/feed backs need not open Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP because the BI (Business Intelligence) and Scheduling programs of Ikonomikal automatically prepare and send the reports on scheduled day and time without any human intervention. The schedule can be a number of times in a day, or 3 times a week, or everyday. Setup is done only once or when there is a change of schedule. This feature saves time and cost.

The reports could be analytical or a document formed in charts or figures designed in MS Excel and MS Word through the BI of Ikonomikal. The reports maybe Financial Reports, Financial Ratios, Progress and Performance Indicators or whatever the user may have designed.

The information is very important to the Board of Directors, Executive Management, Middle Managers, Supervisors and mobile personnel to monitor the condition and operation of the business or the progress of a project in order to make timely and appropriate decisions.

Below image is the Scheduled BI window in the Approvals And Notifications programs of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP.

How to automatically send Ikonomikal BI reports by email.
1. Click the Approvals and Notifications icon from the Main Icons

2. Click Scheduled BI (Business Intelligence)

3. Click + then select in the Type column either Word or Excel
4. Select report in ID column to appear the description in the next column
5. Select in the Occurrence column either
        5.1 All Week
        5.2 Sunday
        5.3 Monday
        5.4 Tuesday
        5.5 Wednesday
        5.6 Thursday
        5.7 Friday
6. Choose Time of Day in the next column in Hour, Minute or Second then click done. Or just click Now if the same time as of now.
7. Click + (plus) again to schedule another or the same report or but different day and time
8. Highlight a row then click - (minus) to delete
9. Click Refresh icon when necessary
10. Click Save

Thereafter Ikonomikal will send by email the reports as per schedule. Please look at the example in the next image.
