EMAIL ONLINE APPROVAL IN IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP


Email online approval is another feature of Ikonomikal Cloud ERP. Ikonomikal automatically sends email to inbox of the approver with the attached electronic document/s and a link directing to a window where the approval or disapproval is going to happen.

The easy steps upon receipt of email by the approver are as follows:
1. Click the approval link
2. Click the File Attachment/s to open and check
3  Write a note or don't, then click approve or reject
4. Click Ok to close the window

The purpose of email approval is for the approver to do the approval without opening Ikonomikal Cloud ERP. This feature does not discount the approving process inside Ikonomikal for both approaches are online and accessible anywhere and at any time. It is just some users are comfortable using either means.










HOW TO APPROVE THROUGH EMAIL


Background:
The sending of email from Ikonomikal Cloud ERP to the inbox of the approver is triggered upon clicking by the user the “For Approval” icon on the bottom left side of the document.



Steps upon receipt of email by the approver

1. Click the approval link


2. Click the File Attachment/s to open and check



3  Write a note or don't, then click approve or reject





4. Click Ok to close the window.

EXPORT FEATURE TO EXCEL FOR MASTER AND TRANSACTION FILES OF IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP


The export feature to Excel format for master and transaction files is available in all programs of Ikonomikal Cloud ERP.

The purposes of the export feature are to:
  1. serve as template to add many new files,
  2. see or check the completeness and correctness of data,
  3. serve as  template to update and change the content of existing files,
  4. upload/import new and updated files, and
  5. serve as data source for other purposes

This is very helpful in adding and updating many master and transaction files
.









HOW TO EXPORT FILES FROM IKONOMIKAL


To do first and once only:

  • The user must have an authority to export from a specific program.
  • The user must open a storage in the Business Intelligence program


Routine export steps


1. The example program is the HR Employee Profile.





2. Click Options



3. Click Export Documents




4. Click "Cleanup the storage then Click Ok



5. Click "+" (plus) icon to open the program search



6. Select records by clicking the check icon of the page then click the check icon in the upper top right side.



7. Click “Start” to begin exporting to storage. Watch as it may show error/s






 


8. In case, there are more records to export, then click the check icon to put check on the records' boxes, then click minus to show a window to remove or cancel. Click Ok to remove the records and make the export document empty.





9. Then do the same procedure as in step 5. Click "+" (plus) icon to open the program search



10. Click page 2 on the middle right side to show records of the page. Click check icon to put check on the selected records' boxes near the  center left. Then click the check icon in the upper top right side.

11. Do the same as in step 7, to click “Start” to begin exporting to storage. Watch as it may show error/s.





12. Click arrow down icon to download. Then click Yes, next is select to Add New Records or Update Existing Records.



13. Click "Add New Records" to download an Excel file
