General Ledger Documents and Reports

There are four (4) formats and six (6) sources to print/display, download or obtain documents and reports from Cloud General Ledger Modules of iKonomikal Cloud ERP. The feature is the same with the rest of the modules or some modules may have more sources like Email Blast.

Above the printer icon in yellow is the download icon. It is your choice to download or to print display. When displayed the option to download is also there in arrow down icon, see image below.

Operate and control your business using iKonomikal Cloud ERP at a very affordable starter gross price of US$ 56 monthly. The subscriber and his designated users have the access to use all the existing and future programs of iKonomikal. Yes it is true. You can use all the programs.


How US$ 56 was calculated
$30 = 1 Starter Database
$16 = 1 User Set Subscriptions (with 4 users)

$46 x 1.058 PF = $48.668 + 0.45 DF = $49.118 x 1.12 VAT = $55.01 or $56
You will see the exact payable amount when you are about to pay online. The amount of US$56 was written as a whole amount for the purpose of easy presentation.

Legends: Fintech Services' Fees & Government Tax: 
PF = 5.8% for Fintech Payment Processor Fee
DF = $0.45 for Fintech Fixed Payment Destination Fee
VAT = 12% for Government Value Added Tax

        A3) 1 Unit Medium DPT
        = US$101 +US$5.858 PF (US$ 101 X 5.8%) = US$ 106.86
        Medium DPT has 250GB & users 1 to 50

B. User Set Subscription (USS) with 4 Users

C. Daily External Database Backup (EDB)

D. Template Storage Service (TSS)
       = US$2 +US$0.116 PF (US$ 2 X 5.8%) = US$ 2.12

E. Database Re-Activation Service (DRS)
       = US$30 +US$1.74 PF (US$ 30 X 5.8%) = US$ 31.74

The Fintech Destination Fee of US0.45 to the above selected services to get the TOTAL Before the Value Added Tax

MULTIPLY
The TOTAL by the 12% Value Added Tax and Add it to the TOTAL to get the Amount Payable in Gross

Payment term:
First Subscription:
       Minimum of 90 days Advance Payment to secure implementation days
Succeeding:
       Minimum Advance Payment of 30 days with No Maximum Limit
       say 180 or 360 days  and so on

Failure to Renew:
Remember to renew on or before the last day. Series of notices 2 weeks before the expiry as reminders are emailed to the subscribers. Non renewal will put the Company Database in a separate iKonomikal storage inaccessible by the users. It will stay there for 60 days as re-activation opportunity is given to the subscriber. Finally deleted after 60 days if not re-activated, and therefore no chance of recovery.

Database Re-Activation Service (DRS):
Expired DPT can be re-activated within 30 days by paying US$ 31.74 DRS (see above price list). While between 30 and 60 days is double the amount of DRS. Then add the normal renewal requirement of DPT, USS and EDB.

Please note that for billing purposes a month is 30 days in iKonomikal.

EMAIL BLAST is a program having the ability to send emails at greater speed to the recipients. This is good for medium to large companies. Good examples are Schools or BPO companies with thousands of students and employees respectively.

The Email Blast program of Ikonomikal Cloud ERP can send thousands of company emails in an hour such as:
1. Pay Slips 
2. Statement of Accounts
3. Confirmation of Outstanding Accounts
4. Other common notices and even greeting messages

The email feature is in all the print engines of iKonomikal with recipients having Internet addresses. The number of emails sent depend on the number of pages or attachment of each email.

4. Click the search window to find the set of emails and then select.

6. Click the Print Icon to send all the emails. Then wait until all the emails are sent.
