HOW TO IMPORT AND UPLOAD FILLED EXCEL TEMPLATE IN IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP

Import program is available in all master files, documents and transactions program of iKonomikal Cloud ERP. It is in the list as one of the options to use. The advantage of using is to add or update five or a thousand records every upload. It is possible to upload simultaneously in multiple groups of a thousand records per group.

To download is to go first to the desired program and click the Options icon. Then click Import Document icon.

Click the “Get Import Template” if to add or update records

Click the “Add New Records” if to Add New or “Update Existing Records” icon if to change

Click the downloaded excel file to open on left bottom side of the screen

Downloaded empty GL Journal Entry Voucher in Excel Format to AddNew

Filename GL_GL00006A_ImportAddNewTemplate.xlsx

Filled and saved GL Journal Entry Voucher in Excel Forma

To upload the filled and saved GL Journal Entry Voucher in Excel Format is to:

Click the Options>Import Document>Upload Template And Que

Click Add New Records

Select the file to upload and then click “ Open”

Click Que And Import

Click Yes to submit to Import Queue

Click Ok to acknowledge import program que

Imported/Uploaded data from excel

HOW TO GO TO GENERAL LEDGER'S JOURNAL VOUCHER PROGRAM OF IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP

There are 800+ integrated programs and 1000+ standard reports and documents of iKonomikal Cloud ERP providing real time information to the respective stakeholders. While it is good to learn the step by step process from the start programs menu however it is faster to use other options. There are 3 ways in iKonomikal to look for a program to use or report or document to see as follows:

Ways:

Favorites – just a (1) click in the Favorites Modules

Search – finding the program

Standard – step by step from the Start Programs Menu

Favorites Way

Favorites Modules will appear upon opening the company database. It has two groups namely the Recent and Shortcuts. These contains the favorite programs, reports, workflows and folders. Click the desired program for example the GL JV
