HOW TO GO TO GENERAL LEDGER'S JOURNAL VOUCHER PROGRAM OF IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP

There are 800+ integrated programs and 1000+ standard reports and documents of iKonomikal Cloud ERP providing real time information to the respective stakeholders. While it is good to learn the step by step process from the start programs menu however it is faster to use other options. There are 3 ways in iKonomikal to look for a program to use or report or document to see as follows:

Ways:

Favorites – just a (1) click in the Favorites Modules

Search – finding the program

Standard –  step by step from the Start Programs Menu

Favorites Way 

Favorites Modules will appear upon opening the company database. It has two groups namely the Recent and Shortcuts. These contains the favorite programs, reports, workflows and folders. Click the desired program for example the GL JV

Immediately, you are in the program

Search Way

Click Global Search icon in the main header

Standard Way

Click: Programs>Main>Core>Genera Ledger Modules>Transactions>GL JV

At this point, click the star sign icon on the program title to put this program in the Favorites  Shortcuts.

How to leave or close the program.

Click in the main header the icon either the

Start Programs, or the

                     Click the red "x" to close

Click the Favorites icon, then select another program to open

CLOUD HR PAYROLL

1 SECOND PER EMPLOYEE AUTOMATIC PAYROLL CALCULATION OR 86,400 EMPLOYEES IN 24 HOURS

Yes, HR PAYROLL Modules of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP calculates payroll automatically at 1 second  per employee/head. 

The calculation includes all the earnings such as Basic pay, De Minimis, Overtime, Holiday Pay, Allowances... and deductions such as Advances, Withholding Taxes and Contributions (SSS, PHIC, HMDF, Union etc.). The payroll calculation includes the generation of reports such as the payroll worksheet, individual payslip, automatic payroll and accrual accounting entries, etc.. The user can also make manual changes on the calculation. The calculation can be separately done for confidential, regular, contractual and casual employees. A group of employees assigned to customers can also be done.

All the programs of HR Payroll Modules are integrated with the other programs of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP.
