ATTENDANCE IN CLOUD SCHOOL INFORMATION SYSTEM (SIS)

Attendance is a set of programs under the School Information System (SIS). SIS is one of the Add-In Modules of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP.

The objectives of the Attendance are to:
1. assign the Class Section of student, and
2. record the Attendance in every session of each student per subject.

The Attendance has 2 programs:
1. Attendance Sheet
2. Class Section Assignments

1. Attendance Sheet


The Attendance Sheet is where a teacher/professor registers as on date the students who are present at a scheduled subject per class section. Recording in the Attendance Sheet is an every session activity of the teacher.

The General window of the Attendance Sheet contains the following:
1. Code - automatically appears upon saving
2. Description - write at least to identify the attendance sheet
3. For Branch - automatically appears as a user default or select otherwise
4. Date Attended - default as of today's date of entry or an option to change
5. School Year - automatically appears by pressing GET SCHOOL YEAR icon
6. Teacher - select from the list
7. Class Section - select from the list
8. Curriculum - automatically appears
9. Grade and Year Level - automatically appears
10. Semester - select from the list
11. Subject -  select from the list
12. EXTRACT STUDENT LIST icon - click it for list of students to appear in the next window


The Student List window shows all the students for the subject per class section. 

The teacher has to
1. Add student who is present but not assigned yet to the class section
2. Delete absent student
3. Press Save icon
4. Close the window by going to another program or clicking the User Ikonomikal site or press Log Out from Ikonomikal.



2. Class Section Assignments

Class Section Assignments is a program for assigning students to its appropriate Class Section. This is done once in every semester except when deleting and adding students.

The purposes are to:
1. Group the students to fit into a class with particular identification
2. Assigning of Adviser
3. Fit into a class room, and
4. Extract in group as useful in recording student attendance to the Attendance Sheet

The Class Section Assignments contain the following:
1. Code - automatically appears upon saving
2. Description - write a brief identification
3. For branch - default automatically appears or select otherwise
4. Effective On - default as of today's date of entry or an option to change
5. School Year - appears automatically by pressing GET SCHOOL YEAR icon
6. Adviser - select from the list
7. Class Section - select from the list
8. Curriculum - automatically appears
9. Grade and Year Level - automatically appears


The Student List window naturally contains the list of students. 

The adviser has to
1. Add student not assigned yet to the class section
2. Delete unwanted student 
3. Press Save icon
4. Close the window by going to another program or clicking the User Ikonomikal site or press Log Out from Ikonomikal.

CLOUD HR PAYROLL

Yes, HR PAYROLL Modules of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP calculates payroll automatically at 1 second  per employee/head

The calculation includes all the earnings such as Basic pay, De Minimis, Overtime, Holiday Pay, Allowances... and deductions such as Advances, Withholding Taxes and Contributions (SSS, PHIC, HMDF, Union etc.). The payroll calculation includes the generation of reports such as the payroll worksheet, individual payslip, automatic payroll and accrual accounting entries, etc.. The user can also make manual changes on the calculation. The calculation can be separately done for confidential, regular, contractual and casual employees. A group of employees assigned to customers can also be done.

All the programs of HR Payroll Modules are integrated with the other programs of Ikonomikal Cloud Accounting ERP.
