HOW TO CREATE A BATCH AND ENTRY IN IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP


To record a transaction in iKonomikal Cloud ERP is to start by creating a batch and then an entry followed by multiple entries. A batch is a basket of an entry or entries. It is the batch that is being posted making all entries permanently recorded in the General Ledger History as well as in the Subsidiary Ledgers. It is best to group entries with similar Fiscal Period though a mixture is possible.

  1. Click the icon of New Batch to open a window
  2. Put the relevant date, brief & general description of entries to enter and put the company and/or branch the entries belong.
  3. Click Save And Close to finish.

The batch entry is empty and ready to fill to start with the first window and to follow the succeeding window/s


Create another after filling and saving the entry

The Payroll calculation is 1 second per employee. It includes all the earnings such as Basic pay, De Minimis, Overtime, Holiday Pay, Night Premium, Allowances. and deductions such as Tardiness, Advances, Withholding Taxes and Contributions (SSS, PHIC, HMDF, Union etc.) in multiple companies, branches and currencies. It also includes the generation of reports such as the payroll worksheet, individual pay slip, automatic payroll and accrual accounting entries, etc… The user can also make manual changes on the calculation.
