TIES WITH THE ICON IN THE SHIPPING INDUSTRY

Mr. Rey C. Eustaquio, the icon in the shipping industry and the general manager owner of SeaShore Shipmanagement and Marine Services Corp. (SEASHORE) discussed and proposed his idea of a tie up with iKonomikal to explore in providing the software needs of the industry.

 Speaking to Ikonomikal Team yesterday July 19, 2017 from his office at the 3rd Floor of IK Building, Molino 3, Bacoor, Cavite Mr. Eustaquio explains that his 3 decades of experience in the shipping industry and his company's 3 divisions providing services to the same industry are potential capabilities to market IKonomikal. 

 "SeaShore Shipmanagement and Marine Services Corp. (SEASHORE) consist of three divisions, SeaShore Technology, SeaShore Shipmanagement and Seashore Consultancy. The former is a provider of software products and services for software requirements of ships. The latter two provides shipmanagement and consultancy services to marine transport industry that includes shipmanagement, shipbuilding, ship purchases, ship chartering, safety, security, maintenance systems, plans/manuals and design preparations, superintendency, surveys, shipbuilding supervisions, ship related management trainings and orientations, damage surveys, pre-purchase and delivery survey/inspections and vessel management feasibility study."

 The mutual understanding reached will be formalized by ATD AMS Consulting Inc. one of the official marketing arms of Ikonomikal and Ikonomikal Functional Consultants. Ikonomikal management welcomes the initiative and hopes to start soon.

IPSA STUDENTS & PARENTS SIGN-UP STEPS TO THE SCHOOL PORTAL

International Philippine School in Al-Khobar (IPSA) Students and Parents Sign-up Steps to the School Portal of iKonomikal Cloud ERP

Other schools using iKonomikal Cloud ERP will follow the same steps except that they have to start on their respective websites.
1. Click this link: http://ipsa.edu.sa

2. Bring the cursor to “Ikonomikal” page title and then click the “School Portal” to go to the Login Page.




3. Click "Sign up here" in the Login Page



4. Fill the Sign Up form. Put the same email address you provided to the school registration database of the student or parent/guardian. Then click the “SIGN-UP” button.



5. Click the “Ok” button and then go to your inbox and see the iKonomikal Notification.




6. Click the Account Activation from your inbox to open.


7. Click the Activation Link as pointed by the arrow in the below image


 8. Access http://ipsa.edu.sa to go back to IPSA website to click Ikonomikal School Portal




9. Fill the Login form with the same information. Then click the “LOG-IN” button to Login. END.

MANANG A'S CATERING AND TENT KING GOES TO CLOUD

MANANG A'S CATERING and TENT KING in Cavite goes to cloud on June 27, 2017, the signing date of the service agreement. Subscription to iKonomikal Cloud ERP was started July 1, 2017.  The implementation of iKonomikal to MAC and TK has began.  MAC and TK are two independent companies owned by the Espiritu family. The increase in demand for catering occasions and the rental of tents triggered the management to use the latest technology of iKonomikal in order to respond efficiently to the customers. Monitoring and cost accounting of stocks of menu ingredients for catering and tents availability for rental is of most concern. The two businesses complement each other and therefore will be in only one database. Automatic inter company transactions will be an ordinary happening. Each company will keep their own sets of financial reports. Consolidated financial report is likewise available in real time.
