IKONOMIKAL CLOUD ERP ON PREMISE OPTION

iKonomikal is now offering company on premise installation on special arrangement. aside from being hosted by iKonomikal The move was to serve those businesses who:
1. want to install iKonomikal Cloud ERP on company resources
2. want the options of using or not using the internet
3. are not yet confident with the new cloud technology, or
4. are located in areas with internet problems


Since the database is in the company the subscription is then replaced by iKonomikal Technical Services such as the 
1. On Premise Installation
2. Fixing of Bugs and Errors
3. Customization and Developments
4. Upgrades and Updates

However, even iKonomikal is on premise installation, the company may still obtain the services of the internet provider in order for iKonomikal to be accessed outside by their employees, customers and suppliers.


iKonomikal on premise requirements are:

     1.     At least one (1) IT Staff preferably with Database Management and Server Administration background to monitor and receive iKonomikal related instructions from our team.

     2.     Infrastructure for:
a.     Server Hardware and Software
b.     Security and Threats
c.     Backup
d.     Local Network
e.     Internet
f.       Email blasting subscription to 3rd Party provider such as SendGrid

      3.     Agreement for the iKonomikal installation to always be updated to the current version (this allows for enhancements to be installed and bugs to get fixed).

      4.     Good internet speed for:
a.     iKonomikal Tech Dept to apply updates via internet
b.     Implementation, Training and Support of the iKonomikal Functional Consultants to company users and stakeholders via internet
