HOW TO CREATE STUDENT MOVEMENT SHEET

The purpose of the Movement Sheet is to identify the status of a particular or group of students. It is one of the programs in the Admission group of the School Information System Modules of iKonomikal Cloud ERP.

How to get there:
Click Main>>Click Add-In Modules>>Click School information System>>Click Admission>>SIS Movement Sheet
or
If it is in the favorite menu then just Click SIS Movement Sheet.





How to create SIS Movement Sheet

General window
1. Click the New Document Entry icon

2. Write brief description
3. Boxes that will automatically be filled are
     3.1. Branch
     3.2. Effective date
4. Select Movement Type
     4.1. Passed
     4.2. Graduated
     4.3. Failed
     4.4. Dropped w/ Permission
     4.5. Dropped w/o Permission
     4.6. Transferred In



5. Click S.Y. icon or select in the School Year box
6. Click and select Class Section
7. Click and select Semester
8. Click Extract Student List to automatically show all students in the next window

9. Override - allows entry of a specific "Eligible To" code other than waht was automatically entered (options:yes/no).
10. Eligible to - this is an SIS Course and Fees code that sets the eligibility of a student to the next or specific semester or curriculum.
11. Notes - line item notes
12. Click Save icon to keep the record

Printable reports in pdf, Excel or Word formats are
1. SIS Graduated Students List
2. SIS Graduated Students Summary
3. Passed Students List
4. Passed Students Summary
5. Failed Students List
6. Failed Students Summary
7. Transferred Students List
8. Transferred Students Summary
9. Cross Enrolled Students List
10. Cross Enrolled Students Summary
